It has been active in fintech since 2007 and offers stocks, ETFs, fractional shares, crypto, CFDs, futures, options, stock margin, recurring investments, CopyTrader, Smart Portfolios, an ISA, local currency accounts and a demo account. The platform combines self-directed investing with social trading features, including the ability to replicate the investment moves of other traders in real time through CopyTrader.
Fees and pricing
eToro lists account opening and management fees as Free. Inactivity is also Free. eToro does not charge deposit fees, though users depositing and trading in a currency different from their account currency may incur conversion fees. Withdrawals from local currency accounts to an external account have no fee, while withdrawals from a USD investment account to external accounts cost $5.
