What is EUR/USD spread?
In short
The EUR/USD spread is the gap between the price a broker quotes you to buy euro and the price it quotes you to sell, and it varies a lot between brokers.
A spread is the difference between the selling price and the buying price of a currency pair, and it sits inside your trade as a cost. The tighter it is, the less you hand over on entry and exit. Spreads on this pair are quoted in pips, and they differ by broker. Global Prime lists 0.1% pips, the tightest figure here, while FxPro runs 1.2% to 1.5%. FOREX.com shows 1.2% and JustMarkets 0.7%, with Fbs Partners at 0.5%. A spread can widen around news, so treat any single figure as a snapshot rather than a promise.
